I do know squat [M/M]

Still on a huge-guy kick, apparently.

Let's face it; the squat is one of the least-dignified looking exercises there is (short of perhaps the leg curl machines that you recline forwards on, basically putting you in a "take it up the ass" position).  And having a spotter makes it even more awkward/unintentionally sexy/opportunistic.

So I tried to remember everything the trainer said about doing the exercise properly.  I think I was fairly accurate, except for the "feet shoulder-width apart bit".  I mean, technically, his feet are about the proper width for MY shoulders, I just didn't really take into account his shoulders are like twice as broad as mine.

This is like the fourth version of this pic, which had included a squat rack that only got in the way.  I did have safety in mind, I just don't care!
